Golf Scramble

Join us for our first ever RecLeaguer golf scramble! We will gather around 9:30am to go over the format and warm up. We have 4 tee times between 10am - 10:27am. We will split everyone up into groups of 4. A scramble is a fun way for everyone to enjoy the game of golf! It is fun and teamwork-oriented. Each player in a team tees off on each hole, and then the team selects the best of the tee shots to play for the next shot. This process repeats until the ball is holed. One crucial rule that we will play with is that each team member's tee shot must be used at least 2 times throughout the game. This ensures everyone's participation and keeps the game balanced. If you do not have clubs of your own we'd recommend looking into borrowing some from a friend ahead of time if possible rather than relying on the clubhouse rentals since those would be first come first serve and could already be in use when we arrive. If you are not normally a golfer, used golf balls are available pretty cheap at many retailers.
